function | 1-isoinverted twist element hydrate is derived from garciniamangostan1 the main biologically active compounds isolated from the husk. So far, more than 60 oxazones have been isolated from mangosteen pericarp, leaves, roots, heartwood and other parts, among them, α-inverted twist element and 1-isoinverted twist element hydrate account for a larger proportion in mangosteen. They have different degrees of bactericidal anti-inflammatory, anti-dysentery, ulcer treatment activity. |
preparation | Step 1: Add 40g of mangosteen extract to 300ml of dichloroethane, 300ml of pyridine, 64g of anhydrous aluminum chloride, 0.1g of sodium iodide was placed in a 1000ml reaction flask. The reaction was heated to reflux for 3 hours.; After cooling the reaction solution, 6g of concentrated hydrochloric acid was added and neutralized until the reaction solution was weakly acidic. Dichloroethane was recovered under reduced pressure, and cooled to obtain 30g of crude 1-isopterin hydrate. Step 2: recrystallize 30g of the crude product of 1-isopterin hydrate obtained in the above step with 600ml of absolute ethanol, and decolorize with 5g of activated carbon, the ethanol was concentrated to 1/3 of the original volume and then left to crystallize. After 24 hours, the product was suction-filtered to obtain 21g of 98% 1-isopterin hydrate. |
